If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions.
Return Conditions
  • Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Returned products must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Any item showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.
  • Returns must be made from the same country where the order was delivered.
How to Return
  1. Submit a return request through our contact form or your customer account.
  2. You will receive a prepaid return label by email.
  3. Place the item back in its original packaging, seal it securely, and drop it off at the designated return location.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
Refunds
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and verified.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If the item is defective or does not meet quality standards, return shipping costs will be fully covered by our house.
Exchanges
  • Exchanges are available only for the same item (different size or color).
  • To purchase a different product, please proceed with a return and place a new order.

  • Personalized or made-to-order products.
  • Final sale or discounted items.
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (such as underwear or swimwear).
